andbiochemicaloutcomes．Patientswhometall5criteriaforclinicallyinsignificantPCaweredesignatedasgroupA(，I=172)．

featureswasassessedviaIogisticregressionanalyses．ComparisonofgroupAandBandalsoIogisticregressionanalysesshowedthat

clinicalstagewasnotassociatedwithanyadversepathologicfeatures．Although 3positivecoreswerenotassociatedwithany
adversepathology, 4positivecoreswereassociatedwithhigherriskofextracapsularextension。Amongpotentialcandidatesfor
AS．PSAdensity0．15ngml-1andbiopsyGleasonscore6posesignificantlyhigherrisksofharboringmoreaggressivedisease．
TheeligibilitycriteriaforASmaybeexpandedtoincludemenwithclinicaIstageT2tumorand3positivecores．
