基于资源的企业战略选择问题研究 ——以SY 公司为例 崔余松 弋亚群 摘要：本文从基于资源的企业战略选择问题出发，采用案例研究的方法。首先介绍了案 例企业SY 公司的基本情况；接着阐述了资源观和战略管理理论的相关研究综述，作为本研 究的理论基础；然后，结合相关理论基础，分析研究了SY 公司的战略选择实践案例，说明 了企业内部资源是企业战略选择的基础，并提出了SY 公司现阶段基于资源的发展战略；最 后，结合资源观和对SY 公司的案例研究，总结出基于资源的战略选择模式，即首先对企业 内部资源状况进行分析，在此基础上同时考虑企业所处外部环境的影响，选择适合本企业发 展的战略，而后在战略执行的过程中对资源进行管理，从而实现资源与所选择的战略的匹配， 同时，资源的管理过程又帮助企业储备更丰富的资源基础。文章通过案例的研究不仅丰富了 资源观的应用研究，更重要的是在实践上为处在转型期的企业的持续发展提供了战略选择的 方法指导。 关键词：资源观；战略管理；资源分析；战略选择；资源管理 Abstract: Using the method of case study, this paper started from the enterprise strategic choice problem based on resources. First of all, this paper introduced the basic situation of the enterprise in the case. Then, the paper elaborated the research review of resource-based view, and strategic management theory. Based on these theories, the paper analyzed the twice strategic choice practices of the enterprise in the case, and explained that the internal resources are the foundation of strategic choice. Based on the internal resources of the enterprise, the paper made a developing strategy in the case. At last, Based on the case study, and combining resource-based view, this paper build a resource-based business strategic choice model. Specifically, firstly analyzes the status quo of the enterprise internal resources. Secondly, considering the influence of external environment for the development of enterprises, select a strategy for the development of enterprises. Thirdly, enterprises need to manage the resources during the strategy implementation process, in order to achieve the match between resources and the strategy.
