专利价值在技术转化过程中的影响因素探析 侯 剑 华1，2 朱晓清2 （1 大连大学 人文学部，辽宁 大连 116622） （2 大连大学 经济管理学院，辽宁 大连 116024） 摘要：专利技术转化是我国企业增强核心竞争力的重要手段。在专利技术转化的 研究中，研究者主要关注于高校、企业、政府和市场等转化主体的作用机制，弱 化了专利自身价值在转化过程中的重要作用。通过专利价值研究的回顾与总结， 深入剖析专利自身价值及其在技术转化过程中的影响因素，总结现有转化机制中 存在的问题。从专利自身价值和功能的视角，以专利的技术价值和经济价值为核 心，提出有利于优化专利技术转化机制的对策，为更好的实现专利技术向现实生 产力的转化提供决策参考。 关键词：专利；专利价值；技术转化 Analysis about affecting factors on patent value in technology transformation 1 2 Hou Jian-hua Zhu Xiao-qing (1 College of Humanities, Dalian University, Liaoning Dalian, 116622) (2 College of economics and management, Dalian University, Liaoning Dalian, 116024) Abstract: Patented technology transformation is an essential measure to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprise. During the study of the technology transformation, the researchers have been focused on the function of transformation mechanisms of universities, businesses, government and market for a long period ,and it was wakened that the value of the patent itself which shows an important role in the transformation process . Through the review and summarize of the study of patent’s value, to analyses the value of its own patented technologies into the process of influencing factors in-depth, summarizing the existing problems in the transformation mechanism. From the perspective of patent and their values and functions, focusing on patent research and economic value, the paper proposes policies to optimize the transformation mechanisms so that it will provide decision-making for better implementation of patent transformation.
