Therefore?my Graduation?Design will design?of a?set of mold?in order to test?my mastery of knowledge about the?relevant?science?of mold.My set of?mold design is?the oil?filter?of the shell, which is very common?in?life,?introducing?the drawing?blanking?process that is most widely used in?stamping?, and the design?of the mold?is?one of the?first?drop?it?Composite?drawing?die?material.?Firstly, I?analyzed stamping process, comparing and determining a?process plan. Secondly, I calculated?the main?process parameters and then?gave an overall design of?the mold, choosing reasonable stamping equipment.
