县（区）科协在提高全民科学素养中的作用探讨 孙楚明，陶三友 （湖北省武汉市新洲区科协，湖北武汉430400 ） 摘要：党的十八大报告中首次提出“普及科学知识，弘扬科学精神，提高全民科学素养” 的文化强国任务，为科协 工作、科普工作指明了前进方向。科技工作者是开展科普工作的主力军，科协是科技工作者之家，也是国务院 确定的《科学素质纲要》实施领导小组牵头单位。完成提高全民科学素养的任务，是各级科协义不容辞的责任， 尤其是县（区）科协作为中国科协的基层独立建制单位，对于完成“提高全民科学素养”具有举足轻重的作用。论 文将从县（区）科协在提高全民科学素养工作中主要作用、如何发挥县（区）科协在提高全民科学素养工作的作 用等两方面来对县（区）科协在提高全民科学素养工作中的作用进行探讨。 关键词：县（区）科协 ；全民科学素养；探讨 Investigation of the Role that a County ( district) Association for Science and Technology Plays in the Improvement of the Scientific Literacy of the Whole People SUN Chuming ,TAO Sanyou (Xinzhou district Association for Science and Technology, Wuhan , Hubei 430400, China) Abstract: “Popularizing scientific knowledge, carrying forward the spirit of science and improving the scientific literacy of the whole people ”was first put forward in the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, which points out the way forward in the future for the popularization of science and the work of Association for Science and Technology. Scientific and technological workers are the main force in the popularization of scientific knowledge, while the Association for Science and Technology is the home of the scientific and technological workers as well as the lead unit according to Science Attainment Program issued by the State Council. Completing the task to improve the scientific literacy of the whole people, which plays a decisive role in finishing the tasks put forward in the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, is the bounden duty for Association for Science and Technology of all or different levels.
