Serie s No. 400 金 　　属 　　矿 　　山 总第 400期 O ctober　2009　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　 M ETAL M IN E 　　　　　　　　　　　　　2009年第 10期 基于期权的矿产资源采矿权价值形成机理研究 邹绍辉 (西安科技大学 ) 摘 　要 　基于期权的矿产资源采矿权价值形成机理是运用期权定价理论估价矿产资源采矿权价值的基础 。 在分析矿产资源采矿权的期权特性的基础上 ,提出矿产资源采矿权本质上是一种按年度执行的多期看涨期权 。由 于该期权的标的资产是矿产资源储量 ,所以它是一种实物期权 ,对采矿权定价就是确定这种实物期权的价值 。影 响矿产资源采矿权价值的因素主要有矿产品价格 、完全开采成本 、矿产资源储量价格 、矿山资本资产投资机会成 本 、采矿权持有时间、矿产品价格波动率 、无风险利率以及便利收益等 ,其中矿产资源储量价格的变化过程决定着 矿产资源采矿权的价值形成路径 。 关键词 　矿产资源 　采矿权 　期权 Study on For m a tion M echan i sm of M in ing R ight Va lue of M inera l Re sources Ba sed on O ption Zou Shaohu i (X i’an Un iversity of S cience and Technology) Ab stract　The form ation m echan ism of m in ing righ t value of m ineral resou rces ba sed on op tion is the ba sis of the m in ing right evaluation of m ineral resou rce w ith the theory of op tion p rice. For its underlying a ssert is m ineral re serve, m ineral re sou rce m in ing righ ts is actually a real op tion. To evaluate m ineral resou rces m in ing righ ts is to determ ine the value of the real op tion. The factors to affect the value of m ineral m in ing rights are the p rice of m ineral re source, the fu ll co st of m ineral m in ing, the value of m ineral re serve, the op portun ity co st of m ineral m ine inve stm ent, the holding term of m ineral m in ing righ ts, the fluctuating rate of m ineral re serve
