T he results show ed that aft er annealing at 500 , the st ruct ur es of T iO2 po w er s ar e anatase phase by using triet hanolamine and acet ic acid as raw mater ials, but anatase, rutile and broo kit phases by u sing muriat ic acid . T he nano- T iO 2 thin f ilm s have phot ocataly tic activ ity and so me blue shift for the band g ap energ y, and T iO 2 thin f ilm s pr epar ed by triet hanolamine hav e the big gest blue shift and photocatalytic activit y.
