And using the field reconnaissance and questionnaire survey to the Fengqing Park in Xian, the author analyzed the concrete expression of temporal-spatial characteristics in the urban parks influenced by gender differences. Furthermore, the mechanism of temporal-spatial characteristics is studied. With the research on temporal-spatial characteristics of the Fengqing Park, there are some obvious differences between men and women on the use of leisure time and spaces. More specifically, there are clear differences between men and women on both the staying time and visiting frequency in the Fengqing Park. The visiting group of the Fengqing Park is women mainly, and the numbers of men and women presents waviness as a key feature. Moreover, women space is squeezed and exploited by the men space.
