Forthe status quo ofthe personnel training mode of mechanical design and manufacturing and automation professional, the existing problems of three aspects of practice, innovation and professional ability training are analyzed. The personnel training mode of undergraduate and technician is proposed by combining the reality of professional construction development and social demand for nearly four years research and practice. The research results show that it is necessary to establish a new type of personnel training mode degree add skills and university-enterprise cooperation, production and learning combinationto cultivatespecializedpersonnelwith high qualityto adaptto the requirementsofthe enterprise.
