College Northw est Normal University Lanzhou Gansu 730070) Abstract: In order to study the effects of S863 natural fruit beverage on metabolism of skeleton muscle Free Radical and the tolerance in the ability of sw imming rats. Through observing the activities of SOD and changes of the content of MDA and the ultrastucture variety of skeletal muscle in group rats, it shows that the swimming time of beverage sw imming group remarkable prolonged than sw imming group ( p 0. 00 ) ; it is remarkable higher about the activities of SOD in skeletal muscle of control group than the beverage non- sw imming group ( p 0. 0 ) and the con tent of MDA obvious low er ( p 0. 05) , but there is and no big difference betw een the tw o groups ( p 0. 05) . How ever, compared w ith sw imming group there are remarkable low er M DA ( p 0. 0 ) and the ultrastructure variety of skeletal muscle display in the same way in beverage sw imming group.
