Chinas education system doesnt pay enough attention to physical education in elementary schools. There are serious problems concerning the sports playgrounds, equipment, teachers resources, and sports classes. By using methods of literature review, interview and investigation, this paper aims to discuss and research on the imperfect sports development and the existing problems of urban and rural elementary schools in Nanning and tries to put forward some suggestions and ideas on the problems. As the survey shows, there are great differences between the physical education of urban and rural primary schools in Nanning.
