T he pr incipal component analysis ( PCA ) and partial least squares ( P LS ) analy sis w er e done to study t he changes of ur ic metabolites o f diff er ent g roups . T he metabolic pat hw ay o f hear t blood stasis syndrome of CHD w as analy zed compr ehensively . Res lts PCA : T he pr incipal component scores of t he thr ee g roups w ere distr ibuted in t hr ee r eg ions in the oval score g raph r espec- tively.
