Methods: The chondrocytes w ere seeded on improved fibrin glue bracket, cultured in vitro with BMP-2 to construct the compound. Proliferation of the cells on the bracket and degradation of bracket were observed. T he compound was transplanted into the rabbit model of art icular cart ilage defection and observed at th week. Results: Improved fibrin glue bracket fitted for t he demand of the cartilage reparation in tissue engineering. BMP-2 could accelerate the proliferation of cartilage cells on improved fibrin glue bracket. After w eeks when the compounds were transplanted into rabbit models, t he reparation of these compounds had the significantly difference from the control group. onclusions: BMP-2 w hich are applied to improved fibrin glue bracket can significantly accelerate the construction of compound and reparation of articular cartilage defect ion. = Key word chondrocyte; fibrin glue; bone morphogenic protein; growth factor
