When t he condition is 80 % of density of et hanol , 80 ℃of ext racting tempera t ure , 10 ∶1 et hanol volume and sample weight , 4 h of ext racting time , t he ext racting effect is better , t he ext racting rate can reach 84 32 % and t he tot al content of flavonoids is 47 6803 mg/ g . Then t he ext raction are sep arated and p urified to gain six kinds of compounds. Primary identification of t he st ruct ure by t hinlayer chromatograp hic p rocedure of silica GF254 and t he color reactions show t hat com pound A are isoflavones , compound B , D , F are all flavones (or flavonols) , compound C are flavanones (or flavanonol) , compound E are ant hocyanins.
