Based on the positioning and characteristics of provincial key laboratories, the main problems in constr ction and management are analyzed. To perfect the management and f lly tilize the reso rce of laboratories, co nter- meas res are p t forw ards in the follow ing aspect s: reg lation, mode of management, mechanism of decision- making, team management, sharing of eq ipment and information, and achievement transformat ion.
