Abstract T he organization rog rams and operation mechanism are still developing w hile electronic supervision is

implementing T his paper discusses the streng ths and w eaknesses of current operation mode of electronic supervision and
proposes a coordinated operation mode of command centre based on the theory of electronic supervision Ship violation
rate ship violation rate of remote correction and maritime accident rate are selected as the evaluation indicators and
an efficiency analy sis is conducted based on hypothesis testing T he result show s that maritime supervision effectiveness
value increases f rom to af ter the implementation of electric supervision In the f uture the data w ill be col
lected and saved in a central sy stem w ith the development of electronic supervision and diff erent modes can be evaluated
T he coordinated operation mode can improve supervision efficiency and help to standardize the implementation of electron
ic supervision w hich play s an important role in maritime supervision
