我院实施静脉治疗护理质量控制的实践及效果

摘要：目的倡导医院静脉治疗护理的专业管理，持续改进医院静脉治疗护理质量。方法提出静脉治疗护理专业化管理理念，创建医院静脉
治疗护理质量控制组织、建设技术培训基地、试行专业护士资格认证，将静脉治疗护理新用品及技术的推行程序纳入医院护理管理体系。
结果促进了医院静脉治疗护理的专业发展、质量控制和培训管理。结论通过医院静脉治疗护理的质量控制，可以有效提高静脉治疗护理
的管理水平和专业人员素质。
关键词：静脉治疗护理；管理；质量控制
