中国现代药物应用 2007 年 6 月第 1卷第 3期 　Ch in J Mod D rug App l, Jun 2007 , Vol. 1,No. 3 ·7 · 论著 · · TLC法测定清热暗疮丸中穿心莲内酯和 脱水穿心莲内酯含量 黄惠莲 　张雪 　宋丽莉 ( ) 【摘要 】　目的　采用薄层扫描法 TLC 测定清热暗疮丸中穿心莲内酯和脱水穿心莲内酯的含量 。 ( ) 方法 　用薄层扫描法测定 ; 以二氯甲烷 乙酸乙酯 甲醇 4 ∶3 ∶04 为展开剂 ,在硅胶 GF254 薄层板上展 开 。采用双波长扫描 ,波长 :穿心莲内酯为 λ = 225 nm , λ = 370 nm ;脱水穿心莲内酯为 λ = 254 nm , λ s R s R = 370 nm ,扫描速度 : 20 mm / s,光束狭缝 : 600 mm ×090 mm ,散射参数 S = 3。结果 　穿心莲内酯和脱 X μ 水穿心莲内酯在 01～80 g范围内呈较好的线性关系 ;穿心莲内酯的回收率为 9924 % ;脱水穿心莲内 酯的回收率为 10 132% 。结论 　该法操作简单快速 ,结果可靠 ,重复性好 ,建立了测定清热暗疮丸中穿 心莲内酯和脱水穿心莲内酯含量的方法 。 【关键词 】　清热暗疮丸;穿心莲内酯 ;脱水穿心莲内酯 ;薄层扫描法 D eterm ina tion of andrographolide, dehydroandrographolide in q ingre anchuang p ills by TL C scann ing　 HUAN G H u ilian, ZHAN G X ue, SON G L ili.
