山东船舶制造产业集群的复杂网络分析 1 2 3 王向誉 张帅 高光锐 （烟台大学 经济与工商管理学院，山东 烟台，264005） 摘 要：近两年，山东船舶制造产业抓住国际造船业转移的机遇，全面落实山东船舶工业“十 一五”发展规划及配套政策措施，实现了造修船、海洋工程以及船舶配套业快速协调发展， 呈现出经济效益大幅提升、产业结构不断优化、综合实力显著增强的良好发展态势。文章通 过构建山东船舶制造产业集群复杂网络，并对其网络统计特征进行具体分析得出，该网络形 成了五个重要中枢节点集群区，即青岛、烟台、威海、日照和济宁，网络的节点度分布服从 幂律分布，通过不断演化发展，将逐步形成一个比较成熟的船舶制造产业链，集聚效应非常 明显。同时，也发现山东船舶制造产业集群整体上仍然存在一些深层次问题和制约因素。文 章借助复杂网络的研究方法，分析船舶制造产业集群网络的分布特点，目的是揭示其网络的 演化规律，研究区域船舶制造产业集群发展的有效战略举措。 关键词：复杂网络；产业集群；船舶制造；演化分析 中图分类号：C93 Abstract Abstract AAbbssttrraacctt：The past two years, through seizing the opportunities for the transfer of international Shipbuilding industry, Shandongs shipbuilding industry completely implemented its “Eleventh Five-Year” development plan and supporting policies and measures, achieved the rapid and coordinated development of building or repairing ship, marine engineering and ship supporting industry, and showed the good momentum of development of increasing the economic benefits, the continuous optimization of industrial structure, significantly enhancing the overall strength. Throughthe construction of complicated networkof Shandong’s shipbuilding industrycluster, and the analysis of specific characteristics of the network statistics, we see that the network formed a complex network hub node cluster of five important areas, namely, Qingdao, Yantai, Weihai, Rizhao and Jining, and its node distribution obeys power-law distribution. Through continuous evolution and development, this network will gradually form a more mature shipbuilding industry chain, which has obvious combined-effect . At the same time, we also find that as a whole, there are still some deep-seated problems and constraints of Shandongs shipbuilding industry.
