Study on Role Location and Role Transformation of Football Coach and Football Teacher Abstract For many years, we have cultivated a large number of football coaches with professional football experience ,but because of the limit positions of football coaches,professional football coaches have been in the relative surplus situation. Because of main jop of college football teachers are teaching, most of them are short of football training experience .Nowdays with dominance of universities participating in the World University Games transfered to the Ministry of Education the Peoples Republic of China and with top-level sports teams are developing very quickly in universities,Many universities are facing challenge and opportunities to competitive sports.At present, impact of China University Football League are becoming bigger than beforeIt will have bright prospect .But, The serious problems faced to universities are lack of some high skilled and rich experienced football coaches . In order to fully make use of the existing human resources and achieve the optimal human resources allocation. We make a in-depth discussions and study of this project, in order to establish mechanism of role transformation of football coaches with chinese character.It will provide useful proposal to all-round development of chinese football cause. Through using the methods of documents,questionnaire,case law and other methods, We send out questionnaires to leaders of college physical education departments, football coaches and university football teachers .Through study and analysis we make conclusions as follows. Football coaches and football teachers have been trained primarily through professional sports colleges and institutions and pre-job training of the Chinese Football Association .Football teachers trained in Sports college and institut
