郑寿全外科病症诊治经验的研究.pdf

中文摘要 本文以清代享“火神”之誉的中医大家郑寿全为研究对象，以历代相关外科 文献为研究素材，以外科病证治验为研究主题，通过对大量文献资料的综合分析， 阐明了外科治疗学发展源流。通过对郑寿全学术见解、具体方药的研究，阐明了 郑寿全治疗外科病症用药心法、学术思想本旨。郑氏外科学术思想主要有三：一 是确认阳虚证的存在，纠外科极言火热之偏；二是倡用温热药物，纠外科滥用苦 寒之偏；三是突出辨证论治，纠外科治法凝固思维僵化之偏。因此，郑寿全治疗 外科病症心法具有重大的历史意义和现实意义，对拓宽中医外科诊疗视野，丰富 中医外科治疗方法，提高中医外科临床疗效有重要的指导价值。 关键词：郑寿全 外科病症 诊治研究 3 Abstract Regarding the famous TCM doctor Zheng Shouquan renowned as “God of Fire” in Qing dynasty as the target of investigation, using the relative dermatology literature of all ages as researching matters, putting the Treating experience on dermatology as the study theme, through the comprehensive analysis of plentiful literature and information, this article explains the developmental source of dermatotherapy. By the researching of Zheng Shouquan’s academic view and concrete formula and herb, this article explains Zheng Shouquan’s experience and the core of his academic thought in treating dermatology. There are three primary points in the Zheng ’s dermatologic academic thought: the first, confirming the existence of Yang deficiency syndrome to correct the error of abstaining from speaking Fire and Hot in dermatology; the second, advocating the using of Warm and Hot herbs to correct the error of abusing the using of Clod Nature and bitter taste herbs in dermatology; the third, emphasizing Determining treatment by patterns identified to correct the error of single and rigid thought in dermatology.Therefore, Zheng Shouquan’s experience in treating dermatosis contained significantly historic and realistic meaning, which is instructive to broaden 4 our horizon,enrich, complete the correct using medicine in dermatosis and improve the effect of clinic treatment.
