索建构高校招生的公平机制，为有关部门研究和制定有关高校招生公平机制提供参考，同 时从理论和实践两方面提高本人的专业知识水平。 文章采用文献研究法、比较研究法等，通过对我国现阶段高招是否公平的实然考察， 指出高招中存在着不公平的现实，接着对不公平问题进行成因分析，又通过发达国家美、 日高校招生制度与公平性的比较和启示，从而得出促进高校招生公平的对策。文章由引语、 正文、结论组成。正文分五部分。第一部分是与高招公平相关的基本概念的阐释，包括公 平、教育公平等。第二部分通过对我国高校招生公平的理性认识及对我国现阶段高招是否 公平的实然考察，指出存在的不公平现象。第三部分是笔者通过第二部分的认识，对现阶 段我国高校招生不公平问题进行成因分析。第四部分对发达国家高校招生制度与公平性的 比较，得出一些启示。第五部分提出了解决高招不公的对策。 关键词：高校招生 公平 研究 II Exploration of Fairness in College Enrollment Postgraduate:Majing Major:EducationalEconomyandAdminstration Supervisor:TangDehai Speciality:EducationalAdministration Abstract Fairnessinsocietyisoneofthedreamspeoplealwayspurse.Asanexpression andextensionofsocialfairdoctrine,fairnessin education isnotonlyconcerned in internationaleducationreformandmovementbutalsoisthe foundationofa country’seducationpolicies.Fairnessineducationhasbecomethebasicvalue to judgemoderneducationsincebeingeducatedisoneofthefundamentalhuman rightsinmodernsociety.Meanwhileeducationisregardedasthemostpowerful method to realize social fairness.
