连云港市中专生学习倦怠现状与人格特征的关系研究 中文提要 连云港市中专生学习倦怠现状与人格特征的关系研究 中文提要 本研究目的是通过对连云港市中专生学习倦怠与人格的调查研究，帮助中专生摆 脱学习倦怠现状，提高学习的积极性。研究方法是采用自制的学习行为现状调查问卷， 证实了中专生学习倦怠问题的突出性、严重性，并进行分类归因分析；对连榕的《大 学生学习倦怠问卷》作出修订，自制《中专生学习倦怠问卷》，进行了信效度检验； 并使用该问卷及《艾森克人格问卷量表》同时对连云港市 5 所中专校的 412 名学生随 机调查，采用 SPSS13.0 对数据进行相关分析和逐步回归分析。 结果发现：(1) 《中专生学习倦怠问卷》具有良好的信度和效度，可以作为研究 中专生学习倦怠问题的有效工具；(2)当前中专生学习倦怠问题突出，并带有普遍性； (3) 中专生在学习倦怠问题与人格特征上不存在性别、科目和是否为班干部的差异性； (4)除个别维度外，中专生学习倦怠与人格的各维度存在显著相关。(5)在回归方程中， 能通过人格各维度预测学习倦怠，其中N 、P 分量表是学习倦怠各因子中的最重要的 预测变量。 关键词：中专生 学习倦怠 人格特征 作 者：刘 蓓 指导教师：童辉杰 教授 I Abstract The condition of learning burnout of the students of Lianyungang medium vocational school and the correlation to personality traits The condition of learning burnout of the students of Lianyungang medium vocational school and the correlation to personality traits Abstract Object:Through the investigation of the students’learning burnout of Lianyungang medium vocational school and personality,this study is to help the students of medium vocational school get rid of the learing burnout and enhance the learning activity.
