For this “winter” of construction industry in Singapore , many constructors have to ponder the question that how to subsist and grow, the answer of this question is that by analyzing and assessing in-depth,a strategy which fit the long-term growth of company will be formulated. This paper analyzed Full Engineering Pte Ltd, a medium local construction company, is listed as a B1 buildin g contractors in Singapore, under the Building and Construction Authority’s (BCA) revised Contractors’ Registry System (CRS).By analyzing the Singapore economy, construction market,main factor that be influenced by the demand of construction and competitive environment of construction industry in singapore, combining with the internal factors of Full Engineering Pte Ltd, a growth strategy for Full Engineering Pte Ltd is formulated: to retain the construction business and involve in developing small-sized free hold residential properties,while a significant part of property development business is in supporting construction business and become one of mainly business of iv company,thereby reducing the risk of operating unitary business.
