初中英语教师网络研修平台的功能设计研究 ——以辽宁省初中英语教师为例 中文摘要 近年来，随着新课程改革的深入和教师专业发展的要求，信息时代背景下出现了教 师继续教育的新模式——网络研修。网络环境支持下的教师网络研修活动以其跨越时空、 资源丰富、高度互动的特点为教师提供了极大的便利。网络研修能够有效提高教师研修 质量，而功能完善的网络研修平台是教师实施网络研修活动的首要保障。本研究在调查 教师开展网络研修活动的实际情况后发现多数教师需要针对于学科教师的研修平台，而 且现有平台的功能存在一定的局限，因此，设计基于学科教师的网络研修平台的功能是 非常有必要的。 本论文采用文献研究法，分析国内外有关教师培训和研修的平台特征、支持教师网 络研修的相关理论，为设计教师网络研修平台的功能奠定理论基础；采用问卷调查法调 查、统计、分析初中英语教师开展网络研修活动的现状及对平台功能的具体需求，结合 Web2.0 理念和典型技术设计了面向教师需求的初中英语教师网络研修平台的功能框架， 并细述各功能对教师研修的有效支持。本平台功能框架的设计遵从 “以人为本”为理念， 以满足教师研修的实际需求为宗旨，凸显人际交互功能、注重知识管理功能和专家引领 功能，为教师研修提供个性化、专业化的服务，有效支持教师专业发展。 关键字：网络研修，初中英语教师，教师专业发展 I The Functional Frame Design of Online Research Platform for Junior High School English Teacher ──Taking Liaoning Province as an Example Abstract Recent years, along with the reform of new curriculum and the demand of teachers’ professional development, there appeared a new mode for teachers’ continuing education: online research in information era.
