Research on The Illness Related Factor and The constitution of the Adenomyosis Patient Who Suffered Dysmeonrrhea Speciality: Gynecology of TCM,The study of menstruation sickness and sterility Tutor: Professor Ye Qing Author: Liu Qingyan Abstract Objective：To further explore the illness related factors and the relevant constitution of AD patients who had suffered dysmenorrhea.To study the relationship between constitution and syndrome differentiation as well as the rate and course of dysmenorrhea Method ： Using the Physical Types Determine Table and questionnaire through case-control study method, the 140 AD patients who suffered dysmenorrhea and the healthy women were statistical analyzed by clinical data in order to find out the relevant factors and the susceptible constitution. The reuslts were analyzed with Frequency statistics and spearman rank correlation to study the relationship between constitution and syndrome differentiation as well as the rate and cource of dysmenorrhea. Results ：1. 1.Through chi-square test and t-test, identify the relevant factors that have the statistical significant in the comparison of the case group and the control group. logistic regression suggests Risk factors of Adenomyosis: age, hyper menorrhea,the times of intrauterine operation, Job and Life Stress pregnancy and delivery, primary dysmenorrhea , the medical history of hysteromyoma /ovarian cyst/ cervicitis / pelvic inflammationare and hyperplasia of mammary glands. Delayed menstrual cycle and lower menorrhea are the protectirefactors of Adenomyosis.2.The susceptible constitution of AD patients who suffered dysmenorrhea
