明日叶查尔酮对荷瘤小鼠抗氧化能力影响的实验研究 中文摘要 目的：探讨明日叶查尔酮(AC)对荷H22肝癌小鼠细胞抗氧化能力的影 响。方法：将50只经H22肝癌荷瘤接种的小鼠随机分为肿瘤对照组(蒸 馏水)、环磷酰胺对照组、明日叶查尔酮高、中、低剂量组共5组，每 肿瘤对照组给予生理饲养10天后处死小鼠，取瘤组织用免疫组化法检 指标，用MTT法检测各组小鼠肿瘤细胞增殖活性。结果：AC剂量组尤其 是中、高剂量组能够显著提高小鼠细胞的抗氧化能力，差异均有统计学 增强荷H22肝癌小鼠细胞的抗氧化能力，抑制肿瘤细胞增殖活性。 【关键词】明日叶查尔酮； 肝癌； 抗氧化； 细胞增殖活性 硕士研究生：侯芳霖(营养与食品卫生学) 指导教师：钟进义教授 英文摘要 An oftheeffectofashitabachal experimentalstudy coneon antioxidantof H22 celIsinmice． abilitybearinghepatoma theeffectofAshitabathai Objective：Toexplore cone(AC)on of H22 celisinmice．Methods：50micewere abilitybearinghepatoma randomly dividedinto5 CC inoculatedwithH22 groups，1()111jpergroup，after hepatoma into their axillas intravenous right hypodermic then by injection，and withnormal and injected saline，cytoxan(CTX)，10w，mediumof highdosage AC．Insecond cewerevenAC oral hesame cancer group，mi gi by gavage way salinecontrol micewere group， CTX injectedintraperitoneally (20mg／kg) otheronetime．Inlatter3 weredai1 AC every day groups，miceygivenby oral doseof gavage，with 10 8mg／kg，16mg／kg，32mg／kgrespectively，fordays．
