Clinical studies showed that: Yiqihuoxue Tongluo Fang can obviously reduce the ischemic stroke recovery debility blood stasis syndrome patients for clinical symptoms, stimulative nerve function recovered, improve the forward the quality of life. And can improve patients allergic c-reactive protein, fibrinogen and plasma homocysteine levels. Conclusions： 1 Yiqihuoxue Tongluo Fang for ischemic stroke recovery qi and blood stasis syndrome has good therapeutic effect. 2 Yiqihuoxue Tongluo Fang can improve ischemic stroke recovery blood stasis syndrome patients due to the inflammatory markers, blood coagulation index level.
