Clinical Observation of yishenpinggan compounds Treatment of early renal injure of essential hypertension and microalbuminuria Specialty：Medical Department of TCM Author ：Huang Haiyan Tutor：Prof. Gao Jiandong Abstract Purpose ：This study monitors the changes of the symptoms and indexes that are related to the essential hypertension patients with early renal injure before and after treatment, to observe yishenpinggan compound s effect of intervention and treatment to early renal injure of essential hypertension. Methods ：To gather 60 patients that are essential hypertension patients with early renal injure, all the cases are outpatient and inpatient that come from the second affiliated hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in December 2010 to December 2011. A total of 60 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, each group have 30 cases. Both groups were requested to be low-salt diet, quit smoking and wine, attend to appropriate physical exercise, etc; combined hyperlipidemia and hyperuricaemia to treat in time. According to the disease, all patients were given felodipine tablets 5 ~ 10mg / d , on the basis of antihypertensive therapy, if necessary, plus metoprolol tablets 25 ~ 50mg / d .The experimental group were given yishenpinggan compound while the control group were treated with Okra capsules.Course of treatment were 2 months. The laboratory parameters ,such as urinary microalbumin, urine osmolality, serum creatinine(Scr), blood urea nitrogen(BUN), β2-microglobulin, lipids and so on, were observed before and after treatment.
