基于期权定价视角的医疗保险精算原理、方法及其应用 郑红，曾华，李英1 （东北大学工商管理学院,辽宁 沈阳 110004） 内容提要：针对医疗保险领域不能应用期权定价模型的理论争议，运用一般均衡的规范 经济分析证明医疗保险市场供需均衡原理的存在性，并利用供需均衡分析方法取代金融市场 的无套利均衡分析方法，推导出经典的Black-Scholes 期权定价模型，为精算定价与期权定 价的融合和统一扫清理论障碍。利用期权定价理论，结合医疗保险精算自身特点，设计和构 建医疗保险精算的期权定价模型，为医疗保险精算提供一个新颖的分析工具。最后利用卫生 部统计中心数据，基于我国历年人均医疗费用水平测算了我国居民需缴纳的社区费率。从理 论上彻底扫清期权定价模型在医疗保险领域的应用障碍，为我国医疗改革和医疗保险实践提 供理论参考和决策支持。 关键词：医疗保险精算；期权定价模型；Black-Scholes 公式; 社区费率 The Principle, Method and its Application of Medical Insurance Actuarial based Option Pricing Theory Zheng Hong Zeng Hua Li Ying (School of Business Administration, Northeastern University, Shenyang 110004) Abstract : For the theory controversy that Medical security field cannot be applied option pricing model, the paper applies general equilibrium economic analysis to prove the existence of the principle of expected equilibrium and takes advantage of the equilibrium analysis approach instead of the No-arbitrage equilibrium analysis method of financial markets to deduce the classic Black-Scholes option pricing model to clear the theory obstacle and unification of actuarial pricing and option pricing. Making use of option pricing theory, and combined with the characteristics of medical insurance actuarial, the medical insurance actuarial option pricing model are designed and built to provide a new analysis tools for medical security actuarial. According to the Ministry of health statistics data on personal average medical services to calculate community-based health Care fee. Finally the theoretical research results will be applied to the practice of Chinese medical security to provide theoretical reference and decision support for health care reform. Key words: Medical s
