小儿肠系膜上动脉综合征诊断与治疗方法的探讨 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨小儿肠系膜上动脉综合征（SMAS）不同诊断手段与治疗方法，提高对其认识、诊断与治疗水平。方法：回顾性分析2012-2014年笔者所在医院收治的14例小儿SMAS病例。14例患儿均做空腹和饮水或饮奶后两次腹部彩色多普勒超声检查，分别测量肠系膜上动脉（SMA）与腹主动脉（AAO）夹角，以及夹角处十二指肠内径（d）与近段十二指肠内径（D）。其中7例同时做X线钡餐检查，8例做胃镜检查。结果：（1）腹部彩色多普勒超声检查，14例均清楚显示SMA，4例SMA与AAO夹角在20°～30°，8例在15°～20°，2例中国论文网 /6/view-7255061.htm 　　【关键词】 肠系膜上动脉综合征； 诊断； 治疗 　　中图分类号 R445 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2015）33-0125-02 　　Investigate of the Children with Superior Mesenteric Artery Syndrome in Diagnosis and Treatment/ZHOU Xin，XU Zhao-hui，LIANG Wen-qing，et al.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2015，13（33）：125-126 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the different means of diagnosis and treatment of the children with superior mesenteric artery syndrome（SMAS），improve the lever in diagnosis and treatment.Method：14 children with SMAS in our hospital from 2012 to 2014 were retrospectively analyzed.On an empty stomach and after drank water or milk，14 cases were did twice abdominal color doppler ultrasound，measured the angle between superior mesenteric artery （SMA） and abdominal aorta （AAO），and the angle between the duodenum diameter （d） and the recent duodenal diameter （d）.At the same time，among them 7 cases did X-ray barium meal examination，8 cases did gastroscopy.Result：（1）The abdominal color doppler ultrasound，14 cases were clearly show SMA，4 cases of SMA with AAO Angle between 20° to 30°，8 cases between 15° to 20°，2 cases of less than 10°.14 cases were clearly showed narrow hollow compression of SMA with AAO angle in the duodenum，the recent expansion of duodenum，the average of D was 15 mm，the average of d was 10 mm，D/d was greater than or equal to 1.5；after drank water or milk ， the duodenum of 14 cases expansion were more significant ，the average of D was 20 mm，the average of d was 10 mm，D/d was greater than or equal to 2.0；at the same time，7 cases did abdominal color Doppler ultrasound examination and X-ray barium meal examination，they were showed superior mesenteric artery syndrome； for chil
