摘 要 随着社会的进步，环保意识已深入民心，传统的保洁工具已经不能满足人们对学习、工作、居住环境的要求，迫切需要更新便于人们缩短时间、提高效率的保洁工具。本文设计了一款适合于走廊打扫的清扫机，特别适合环境较小需人工长时间清扫的大面积环境。设计走廊清扫机的关键问题是扫地功能以及垃圾收集功能的实现。通过查阅资料及分析，并对几种不同方案进行分析对比，最终选择一个比较理想实用的设计方案。根据已确定的方案进行具体的结构设计计算，使其结构布局更加合理均衡。 本文设计的走廊清扫机以直流电动机为动力输出，经传递减速机构后，通过带传动使一对圆形盘刷分别做顺时针和逆时针旋转，将地面垃圾扫向中间，圆形盘刷设计能有效的对拐角等区域进行清扫，增加了清扫机的工作环境；采用真空吸尘泵对盘刷清扫过来的垃圾进行收集，提高了清扫效果。 关键词：清扫机；盘刷；吸尘泵 Corridor sweeper design Student: CHEN Zong-yu Teacher: LIU Dian-ting Abstract：Along with social progress, environmental awareness by the public, the traditional cleaning tools can not meet peoples environment requirements of learning, work and living, the urgent need to facilitate people to shorten the time to update and improve the efficiency of the cleaning tool.
