甲缩醛做稀释剂的防腐剂配方研究 摘要 本课题主要完成甲缩醛等绿色溶剂来替代其他毒性有机溶剂，寻找使防腐剂的防腐效果、产品的流动性、施工、固化时间达到最佳。通过与乙醇，甲苯，乙二醇一乙醚，乙酸乙烯酯，油酸，考察不同配比情况下所得到的产品效果之间的差异。首先考察各中溶剂的性质非常重要，因为很多有机溶剂都是有毒的的，并且有些溶剂并不适合做防腐剂的稀释剂。实验中先确定配方，配好不同配比的溶剂，再称取一定量的原料，用配好的混合溶剂溶解称取好的原料，再将已充分溶解的各组原料混合搅拌数分钟。将得到的产品涂抹到白纸上，观察产品每个时段的状态和产品的固化时间，以及相同时间内产品的硬度等。在配比混合溶剂时，以甲缩醛作为主溶剂，按不同比例添加其他的溶剂。防腐涂料在生产和生活当中已经给人们带来了巨大的实惠，其发展潜力巨大。因此，甲缩醛新溶剂在防腐涂料中的应用的潜力和价值也是相当诱人的。 关键词：甲缩醛、绿色溶剂、配比、防腐涂料、固化时间、粘度 Methylal do thinner preservative formula research Abstract This topic mainly complete the methylal green solvent to replace other toxic organic solvents.
