Abstract Abstract Objective：This study used the Chinese affective words as experimental material， based on the theories of emotional hemisphere laterality,exploring how the different dominance and task types effects the emotional processing hemispheric laterality．At the same time，exploreing how the emotional information of Chinese words integrate between two hemispheres． Methods：Using the Chinese affective words as experimental material，in terms of the two dimensions(emotional valence and dominance)the words are classified， and balance the emotional arousal and familiarity of the words．Experiment 1 used the lexical decision task，which is a implicit processing on emotional aspects of words； experiment 2 used the lexical emotional valence discrimination task．which is a explicit processing on emotional aspects of words． Both experiments were performed using the“go／no go”task，recorded simple reaction time．Participants in Experiment 1 were asked to react to the real words(no／ go)but not the false words(go)；Experiment 2 is divided into different blocks， participants were asked to respond to positive words(no／go)，but not the negative words(go)，or，to the negative words(no／go)but not the positive words(go) respectively．Using the new experimental paradigm which used to explore brain hemisphere lateralization and cooperation，presenting an interference stimulation respectively in the left visual field，the right visual field，or both do not，to exploring the mechanism of the left，right or bilateral brain． Results：The experiment 1 shows：(1)In high dominance level，there is no significantly hemispheric laterality in the processing of positive words，and the processing of interhemispheric cooperation is better than unilateral hemispheric； processing of neutral words conform to the traditional“left hemispheric advantage” theory,and the processing of hemispheric cooperation is better than unilateral hemispheric；there is no significantly hemispheric laterality in processing of negative wo
