中文摘要 中文摘要 改革开放以来，我国利用外资额逐年增长，成为全球吸收外商直接投资最多 的国家。外资的流入，为加速我国经济的发展提供了重要的推动力量。 外资结构与产业结构具有内生性联动效应。一个国家或地区利用外资量的 增加和积累，为该国家或地区的产业变迁、演进积蓄能量；而产业结构演变又 会影响该国家或地区的投资环境，进而影响外国资本的投资流量。在我国外资 结构与产业结构的演变过程中，外资结构与产业结构互为影响，都是不断由低 级结构向高级结构方向演化的。 历史经验表明，外商投资产业结构的变化是我国产业结构转变的重要因素。 外资流入带来的先进技术和现代管理知识以及产生的溢出效应，促进了我国工 业部门的技术进步和劳动生产率的提高，也直接推动了我国产业结构的优化和 升级。但是，多年来我国在利用外资上与产业结构呈现出不均衡状态。从总体 看来，第二产业吸收外商投资所占的比重最大，且大部分集中在制造业。在投向 制造业领域的外资中，又多集中于利润大、见效快、高耗能的加工工业和资源、 劳动密集型行业，对我国真正需要外资的高新技术产业、资金密集型企业相对投 资较少。利用外资本应服务于我国产业结构优化的目标，但是目前外资投向与我 国引资目标存在偏差，导致利用外资产业结构失衡。 当前，世界金融危机深刻地影响着全球各国，也对中国经济、中国产业结 构和中国利用外资产生着深远的影响。随着外部需求有所减弱，我国产业结构 和外资结构面临重新调整，外资投向与我国引资目标存在偏差导致利用外资产 业结构失衡的状态急待解决。对外资结构与产业结构协同关系进行研究，可以 更充分地分析我国利用外资的成效，对于更好地吸引外资，保持引进外资与我 国产业结构调整方向的一致性，优化外资的产业分布结构，改善外资的区域分 布，加快我国产业结构的优化，提高我国产业竞争力，有着重大的意义。 本文从外资结构与产业结构协同发展关系的研究入手，住分析我国外资结 构与产业结构状况的基础上，对我国外资结构与产业结构协同状态进行了实证 分析，找出了协同或低协同的表现及原因，并针对促进外资结构与产业结构协 同发展提出了相应的对策。 关键词：外资结构 产业结构 协同发展 研究 Abstract Abstract With the implement of the reform and development policy and the rapidly growth of the economy of china，china is attracting more and more investment from all over the world OVer the last decades and has alreadybecame a coutry which absorpt more money than any other coutries．11he absorption of foreign investment has already became one of the most important Stimulation of the growth of the economy of china． The structure of foreign investment has an endogenous linkage effects on the industrial structure．刀砖increased using of foreign capital and the accumulation of this kind of fund usually change into some kind of energy savings for the transformation of the industrial structure At the same time，the transformation of the industrial structure will influence the investment environment and the liqidity of inflow of the foreign capital．In the transfcIrmation of the industrial structure and the foreign investment structure，there are reciprocal influences between them which make them develop from the low-level structure to the high·level structure． Historical e
