Abstract As the education in our country is further reforming,the high schools enter a new era from‘exam-oriented education”to the wide.spread practice and exploration,.of‘‘quality education.Teachers in high schools are at the highest point of the development of occupation tiredness,as a result of the long-term pressure of‘‘exam-oriented education,during which period managers of high schools should be aware of the most important idea of management —pHuman-centered standpoint management.After human society enters the 2 1“century,calling-up human-centered standpiont spirit in the core content of the era spirit.Under the guidance of the new education management thoughts,the auther makes a deeper research of the theory and practice of human-centered standpoint management.This theme consists of five chapters.Chapter l,beginning with the investigation of the present situation of 、屯ccupation tiredness,introduces the background ofputting forward the research on the theory of human-centered standpoint management for teachers in high schools and gives examples of the research achievements in this field at home and abroad as well as the goal,approaches and significance of the research.Chapter 2 mainly deals with the connotation of this practice.Chapter 3,from the point of view of theory research,analyses the basis of philosoply,ethics and management.Chapter 4,from the practice point of view,analyses the deficiency of this kind of management and its reasons.Chapter 5,combined with the practice as a hi曲school headmaster for years,makes some personal suggestions on the strategies of carrying out this management in 7 ways.The last and the concluding Chapter makes a brief interpretation ofthe speculation ofcarrying outthe management in the future.
