I灏犟皂竺竺竺龋澍谪翱鲰硐鲢酣的竺多槲矧、＼、～一～～一——～～一? ?一一．—一一”+一7’／＼f≮70＼．．／驴“吣。j 鸡新城疫是由鸡新城疫病毒(副粘病毒)引起禽类的一种急性、高度接触性传染病， 被国际兽医局(the Office International des Epizooties，OIE)列为对动物危害最大的A类传 染病。本研究为了进一步探明新疆昌吉地区规模化养殖场鸡新城疫的流行特点和流行现 况，在2008年9月--2009年10月对新疆昌吉地区泰昆肉鸡养殖基地的9个规模化养鸡场进 行了流行病学调查。在2008年9月--2009年10月分别七次对8个规模化养鸡场的鸡群进行 采样，对鸡新城疫进行抗体检测。结果发现在新疆昌吉地区肉鸡鸡新城疫有免疫抗体存 在，新城疫病在昌吉地区规模化养殖场没有造成流行。 鸡新城疫流行病学调查的结果发现规模化养鸡场鸡群新城疫血清抗体水平偏低，本 研究通过对雏鸡母源抗体的检测，确定母源抗体的衰减规律，然后根据各场的实际情况 对新疆昌吉地区某规模化鸡场鸡群制定不同的免疫程序，然后进行不同免疫程序的免疫 效价对比，分别于1d、7d、21d、31d、出栏5个时间点采血进行鸡新城疫抗体的跟踪检 测。结果表明在鸡新城疫的2组免疫程序中，1号免疫程序免疫效果最好，为最佳免疫程 序。 关键词：商品肉鸡；新城疫；流行病学调查；不同免疫程序 Comparative study on epidemiologicai investigation of NewCastle diseases and different immunization procedures in regional of Changji in Xinjiang Abstract Newcastle disease of chickens is Newcastle disease virus(paramyxovirus)poultry caused all acute，highly contagious disease by the Office International des Epizooties(0正)as the most dangerous of animalsA Class infectious diseases．To explore the characteristics and the prevalence of Newcastle disease epidemic status in Xinjiang province Changii region of scale chicken farm，this study did the epidemiological investigation of Newcastle disease in 9 large—scale chicken farms of Taikun broiler breeding base of Xinjiang province Changji region from September 2008 to October 2009．During September 2008 to October 2009，we collected samples seven times in eight large-scale chicken farms for antibodies against Newcastle disease，virus isolation，respectively． Epidemiological investigation including scale breeding chickens，breeding management， bio—security conditions，the occurrence regularity,mortality,vaccination(including vaccine type，dose，immunization program，immunization method，frequency,and results of monitoring antibody levels)，the type and nature of use of vaccines，and the impact of disease on production performance and observation of clinical symptoms and pathological dissection， etc．The results showed that Newcastle di
