Abstract
objective：Understanding Brucellosis occurs between the local animal and
human，prevalence and people cognitive the prevention knowledge of brucellosis．for
the local administrative department of Livestock Veterinary formulate appropriate
prevemion and control measures．And provide evidence for Health sector publicizing
the prevention of brucellosis．
Method：
1 Application’bengal’plate agglutination test of Brucella on 273 basic ewes，
287 lambs，656 commodity sheep in a county．Carrying on Serological antibody
detection and calculating serological antibody positive rate of brucellosis for each
group．
2 About a statistic is that confirmed the number of incidem cases by’bengal’
plate agglutination test of Brucella in the each month of 20 1 0·20 1 2．And develop the
form by survey，distribute’a questionnaire of cognitive probability of prevention
knowledge about Brucellosis’．In order to undrestand the degree of awareness of
prevemion of Brucellosis by local people and the affection of incidence of
Brucellosis．
Result：
1 Brucella serology positive rate of basic ewes，lambs and sheep of goods were
7．69％、5．57％弄1：I 2．59％．
2 There were 72．51％persons among informants heard brucellosis，about
45．60％persons correctly answered questions which relate tO Brucella infects，and
only 22．46％persons tO take protective measures in production and daily life．
Conelusion：
1 The infection rate of brucellosis research basic ewes highest，lamb
followed，sheep of goods lowest，basic ewes groups are the primary cause of the
persistence of brucellosis in sheep．
2 Local brucellosis incidence of increased year by year，and the masses of the
lOW level of knowledge about brucellosis
