活血补肾法对改善不育症患者精子DNA损伤的临床研究 　　【摘要】 目的 探究活血补肾法对不育症患者精子DNA损伤的改善效果。方法 100例男科门诊收治的不育症患者， 采用随机单盲法分为对照组（40例）和研究组（60例）。对照组单纯采用西医常规治疗， 研究组采用活血补肾法联合西医常规治疗。对比两组患者治疗前后的精子形态学指标及活力指数， 并用精子染色质扩散法（SCD）进行精子DNA碎片指数（DFI）的测定对比。结果 治疗后， 两组患者的精子浓度、精子总数、a级精子、精子活力、精子活率比较， 差异均无统计学意义（P0.05）；治疗后两组患者的DFI均有显著改善， 但研究组患者的改善程度显著优于对照组， 差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 中医活血补肾法能够有效的改善不育症患者的精子质量， 相较于西医常规治疗， 能够更好的纠正精子DNA损伤， 值得在临床上推广和应用。 　　【关键词】 不育症；活血补肾法；精子质量；精子DNA碎片指数 　　DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2016.09.006 　　Clinical research of promoting blood and invigorating kidney method in improvement of sperm DNA damage in infertility patients QIU Ju， XU Feng-bo. Methods A total of 100 male patients with infertility were randomly divided into control group （40 cases） and research group （60 cases）. The control group received single Western medicine therapy， and the research group received promoting blood and invigorating kidney method combined with Western conventional therapy. Comparison was made on sperm morphology index and motility index before and after treatment in the two groups.
