B超引导下米索前列醇配合局部麻醉用于人工流产术效果分析 　　[摘要] 目的 研究B超引导下实施米索前列醇配合局部麻醉针对人工流产术的临床效果。 方法 回顾性分析该院2012年1月―2013年7月间共收治124例人工流产患者，随机将全部患者分为实验组和对照组，每组患者62例，实验组给予米索前列醇配合局部麻醉治疗；对照组患者给予利多卡因治疗，然后对比两组患者的临床疗效。 结果 经过该院的严格诊治，实验组患者的临床效果相对于对照组的效果更优，于手术并发症、宫颐扩张程度、手术时间以及手术出血量等差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 合理使用麻醉药物能够降低患者的并发症，提高手术的临床效果。 　　[关键词] 米索前列醇；利多卡因；人工流产术 　　[中图分类号] R4 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）05（b）-0034-02 　　Curative Effect Analysis of Local Anesthesia Cooperated with Misoprostol Guided by Ultrasound in Induced Abortion 　　HAN Guang-li 　　Department of Gynaecology and Obstetrics， Daqing Honggang District Peoples Hospital， Daqing，Heilongjiang Province， 163511 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the curative effect of local anesthesia cooperated with misoprostol guided by ultrasound in induced abortion. Methods The data of 124 patients who were admitted to our hospital from January 2012 to July 2012 and underwent induced abortion， were retrospectively analyzed. All the patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 62 cases in each group. Local anesthesia cooperated with misoprostol was conducted in the experimental group， while lidocaine treatment was performed in the control group .Clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results Based on strict diagnosis and treatment， the clinical effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group， and differences of surgical complications， GongYi expansion degree， operation time and blood loss between the two groups were significant （P0.05）. Conclusion Rational use of narcotic drugs can reduce the complications of patients and improve the clinical effect of surgery. 　　[Key words] Misoprostol； Lidocaine； The induced abortion technique 　　人工流产术属于一种育龄女性非自愿妊娠后的补救方法，其能促进我国计划生育所提倡的少生优生政策[1]。常规的人工流产术经常性使用静脉全身麻醉的方式，孕妇于手术操作中需要医务人员全程紧盯，并且该手术的费用较高，对于经济较为困难的家庭难以承担，同时对孕妇的择选有着不同程度的限制[2-3]。由于新时代的发展，人们的心理均能接受较为开放的社会环境，导致了许多女性意外怀孕，所以探究一种价格便宜、无痛苦、安全有效的手术方法，是非常重要的。现针对该院2012年1月―2013年7月共收治的124例人工流产患者进行研究
