后腹腔镜下输尿管切开取石内置引流术的护理 　　摘要：目的：探讨后腹腔镜下输尿管切开取石内置引流术临床护理内容。方法：选取2013年12月至2015年1月间我院收治的输尿管结石患者，共计76例。将上述患者均分为护理组和对照组，各38例，采用不同护理方法对比各自疗效情况。结果：护理组中满意例数19例，一般例数17例，不满意2例，满意度94.7%；对照组中满意例数11例，一般例数15例，不满意13例，满意度68.4%。护理组手术时间为81.3min，术中出血两位34.9ml，并发生发生2例；对照组手术时间为120.7min，术中出血两位83.0ml，并发生发生12例。比较发现护理组满意度以及手术护理情况显著优于对照组患者，差异具有显著性，P0.01。结论：对实施后腹腔镜下输尿管切开取石内置引流术的患者进行良好的护理能有效提高临床治疗护理效果。该方法临床效果显著，临床研究过程中未发现严重不良反应。 　　关键词：后腹腔镜；输尿管切开取石内置引流术；护理效果； 　　Abstract：Objective：To explore the clinical nursing intervention for internal-tube drainage of ureterolithotomy under the retroperitoneal laparoscopy. Method：76 patients with ureteral calculus treated from December 2013 to January 2015 in our hospital were selected. The patients were divided into nursing group and control group， 38 cases each group. Based on the different nursing methods， the curative effect of two groups was compared. Result： The nursing group had 19 satisfied cases， 17 general cases and 2 unsatisfactory cases； the satisfaction rate was 94.7%. The control group had 11 satisfied cases， 15 general cases and 13 unsatisfactory cases； the satisfaction rate was 68.4%. For nursing group， the operation time was 81.3min； the intraoperative hemorrhage was 34.9ml； there were 2 cases with complications. For control group， the operation time was 120.7min； the intraoperative hemorrhage was 83.0ml； there were 12 cases with complications. According to the comparison results， the satisfaction and nursing condition of nursing group was significantly better than that of control group （P0.01）.Conclusion： For patients of receiving the internal-tube drainage of ureterolithotomy under the retroperitoneal laparoscopy， the favorable nursing can effectively improve the clinical treatment effects.
