腹腔镜辅助胃癌根治术的近期及远期效果观察 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨腹腔镜辅助下实施胃癌根治术治疗的近、远期疗效。 方法 将2010年1月～2012年1月到我院普外科治疗的60例胃癌患者纳入研究，随机等分成两组，对照组采用传统开腹胃癌根治术救治，观察组实施腹腔镜辅助胃癌根治术救治，研究两组的淋巴结清除数、手术时长、术中失血量、术后肛门排气时间、恢复流质饮食时间、住院时间、合并症及3年无瘤存活情况等。 结果 两组实施治疗后的淋巴结清除数、3年无瘤存活率和平均存活时间均基本接近（P0.05），观察组较对照组术中失血量少，术后肛门排气时间、恢复流质饮食时间、住院时间短，合并症发生率低（P0.05）。 结论 采用腹腔镜辅助胃癌根治术对胃癌患者进行救治，手术近期疗效更理想、安全，与开腹手术有相当的远期效果。 　　[关键词] 腹腔镜；胃癌根治术；疗效 　　[中图分类号] R735.2 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2015）09（b）-0052-03 　　Recent and long-term curative effect observation of gastric carcinoma treated by radical operation assisted by laparoscope 　　XIAO Yu 　　Department of Breast Surgery，Tumour Hospital in Anshan City，Anshan 114034，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the recent and long-term curative effect observation of gastric carcinoma treated by radical operation assisted by laparoscope. Methods 60 patients with gastric cancer treated in the general surgery department of our hospital from January 2010 to January 2012 were studied and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with laparotomy radical operation，and the observation group was treated with radical operation assisted by laparoscope.Curative effects including the number of clearing lymph node，the operation duration，the blood loss volume，the time of exsufflation through anus after operation，recovery time of liquid diet，hospital stay，the complication and the survival rate of without tumor in 3 years were studied. Results The number of clearing lymph node，the survival rate of without tumor in 3 years and the average survival time between two groups was close respectively （P0.05），but the blood loss volume，the time of exsufflation through anus after operation，hospital stay and the complication rate in observation group was less than the control group respectively（P0.05）.
