血液透析滤对尿毒症脑病的临床治疗研究 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨并分析血液透析合并血液灌流对尿毒症脑病患者的治疗效果，为今后的临床诊疗方法提供可靠性的参考依据。方法 回顾性分析来该院进行诊疗的60例尿毒症患者， 并随机分为单纯采用血液透析治疗的对照组和采用血液透析加血液灌流的观察组，详细记录两组患者的临床至于效果以及随访6个月内的复发情况和生活质量。 结果 观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率为96.7%，其中痊愈患者有8例，而对照组患者的临床总有效率为63.4%，痊愈患者只有2例，两组相比，差异具有统计学意义（P0.05），其余均出现下降趋势，且差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 血液透析合并血液灌流对尿毒症患者具有很好的临床治疗效果，不仅可以增强血液透析对中、大分子尿毒物质的清除能力，还可以增加血液灌流的作用面积，故值得临床上进一步推广与使用。 　　[关键词] 血液透析；尿毒症脑病；临床特点 　　[中图分类号] R692.5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）05（a）-0101-03 　　Clinical Study on the Treatment of Hemodialysis Filtration on Uremic Encephalopathy 　　LV Li-na，DU Xiao-ya，LI Xia 　　The first peoples hospital of the kidney of Jining city 272000 China 　　[Abstract] Objective Observation and analysis of hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion on patients with uremic encephalopathy treatment effect， to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of the reliability of the method in the future. Methods Randomly selected 30 cases of uremia patients came to our hospital for diagnosis and treatment， according to single and double its bed is divided into the simple use of the control group treatment of hemodialysis and hemoperfusion with hemodialysis and the observation group， a detailed record of two groups of patients for clinical effect and within 6 months of follow-up recurrence rate and quality of life. Results Clinical observation of the patients in the treatment group the total effective rate was 93.3%， in which the patient cured 8 cases， while the control group of patients with clinical total effective rate was 80%， cure patients only in 2 cases， the two groups were compared（P0.05）， the rest are declining trend， and there were significant differences in （P0.05）. Conclusion Hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion has very good clinical therapeutic effect in patients with uremia， can not only enhance the scavenging ability on hemodialysis in uremic， macromolecular material， also can increase the effect of hemoperfusion in the area， it is worthy of further
