贞芪扶正汤剂对鼻咽癌放疗患者细胞免疫功能的影响 　　【摘要】 目的：观察贞芪扶正汤剂对鼻咽癌放疗患者细胞免疫功能的影响。方法：随机数字表法将60例鼻咽癌放疗患者分为研究组和对照组，每组各30例。对照组进行单纯三维适形放疗，研究组于三维适形放疗第1天始，服用以黄芪、女贞子为主扶正培本汤剂，1日1剂，直至放疗结束。观察两组患者治疗前后外周血CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8 和NK淋巴细胞数据变化。结果：与治疗前比较，研究组的CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8和NK细胞有一定下降，CD8略有上升，但差异均无统计学意义（P0.05）；对照组的CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8和NK 细胞下降明显，CD8明显上升，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。治疗后与研究组比较，对照组的CD3，CD4，NK细胞显著下降（P0.05），CD8明显上升（P0.01）。结论：以黄芪、女贞子为主扶正培本汤剂有提高鼻咽癌放疗患者细胞免疫功能的作用，对维持后续治疗有重要意义。 　　【关键词】 贞芪扶正汤剂； 鼻咽癌； 放射治疗； 免疫功能 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To observe the effect of Zhenqi Fuzheng Decoction on immune function of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy.Method：60 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma were randomly divided into study group and control group， each group had 30 cases. The control group carried out a simple three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy， The study group carried three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy and took Astragalus， Ligustrum lucidum mainly taking health care prescription decoction at first day， a daily agent， until the end of radiotherapy. Two groups were observed before and after treatment in patients with peripheral blood CD3， CD4， CD8， CD4/CD8 and NK lymphocyte data changes. Result：the study group as compared with before treatment， CD3， CD4， CD4/CD8 and NK cells were decreased， CD8 increased slightly， but the difference was not statistically significant （P0.05）； the control group compared with before treatment， CD3， CD4， CD4/CD8 and NK cells decreased significantly， CD8 increased significantly， the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）； the study group in comparison to the control group after treatment， CD3， CD4， NK cells decreased significantly （P0.05） ，CD8 increased significantly （P0.01）.Conclusion：Astragalus， Ligustri Lucidi decoction has the function of health care to improve mainly radiotherapy in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell immune function， there is of great significance for the maintenance of the follow-up treatment. 　　【Key words】 Zhenqi fuzheng deco
