临床医学生专业思想认知调查与分析 摘 要 文章采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法等研究方法，对2012级临床医学生专业思想进行问卷调查，包括专业态度、专业认知、专业行为、专业理想等方面，结果显示临床医学生的专业思想问题主要表现为学非所愿、报考动机功利化、专业认知缺乏整体性、专业学习努力程度低、专业理想模糊等方面，建议要加强临床医学生对专业的再认知，改革临床医学人才培养模式和课程设置，丰富第二课堂，帮助临床医学生建立和巩固合理的专业思想，从而提高临床医学的人才培养质量。 关键词 临床医学生 专业思想 认知 中图分类号：R192 文献标识码：A Investigation and Analysis on Cognitive Thinking of Clinical Health Professional Students SHI Guoying[1]， LIU Yuanhai[2]， ZHANG Meng[1] （[1] Basic Medical School， Hubei University of Science and Technology， Xianning， Hubei 437100； [2] College of Sports， Hubei University of Science and Technology， Xianning， Hubei 437100） Abstract This paper uses methods of documentation， questionnaires， interviews and other research methods， for 2012 medical students conducted a questionnaire survey of professional thinking， including professional attitude， professional knowledge， professional conduct， professional ideals， etc.， showed that professional medical students ideological problems mainly learned non wish， apply utilitarian motivation， lack of integrity of professional knowledge， professional learning low level of effort， blurring the professional ideal， it is recommended to strengthen the medical students for professional re-cognition， the reform of clinical medicine training model and curriculum， rich second class， to help medical students to establish and consolidate reasonable professional thinking， thereby improving the quality of personnel training in clinical medicine. Key words clinical medicine； professional thought； cognitive 所谓专业思想，是指学生对其专业的理性认识，是从信念、情感到行为的稳定的综合心理品质，包括学生对所学专业及对今后所从事的与专业相关的专业所持的观点和态度。①临床医学生肩负着未来民众健康所系、性命相托的神圣使命，专业思想至关重要。②临床医学专业思想是学习和从事该专业的人员对待该专业的观点和看法，简称“专业价值观”，它是进行专业学习和开展工作的主要动力和精神支柱。随着我国经济科技实力的增长，人民生活水平的提高，临床医学这门古老的学科焕发出新的生机，成为高等教育中持续热门的专业，这是可喜的现象。但实际学习过程中，一部分学生厌学、逃学，无法完成学业，还有一部分临床学生走上工作岗位后，由于医疗技术和医德医风的问题导致医疗事故频发，引发医患纠纷，这些问题迫切要求我们医学教育工作者加强和改进临床医学生的专业思想教育。 1 研究对象与方法 1.1 研究对象 随机抽取湖北科技学院基础医学院临床医学专业2012级150名本科生作为研究对象，其中男68人，女82人，平均年龄19.99??39。 1.2 研究方法 主要采用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法和数理统计等研究方
