高速列车车体端部防撞装置拓扑优化设计
摘要: 针对高速列车的被动安全性,基于大变形碰撞仿真理论,用PAM-CRASH进行碰撞仿真,用OptiStruct对车体端部防撞装置进行拓扑优化,从而完成防撞装置的轻量化设计.结果表明:在保证防撞装置结构稳定性的同时,最大撞击力减小23%,质量减轻33.6%,达到提高车辆被动安全性的目的.
