Both A and B have to obey the articles underneath as discussed as to gain best profit to both parties. 通过甲乙双方友好协商，根据甲方在澳大利亚市场，对保健品，化妆品，婴儿食品，奶制品，红酒等的经验和研究，双方在达成以下合作意向协议后，乙方委托甲方购买其需要的澳大利亚产品后出口至中国。甲乙双方必须遵守以下经双方讨论协商后的达成的合作意向内容以令双方获得最佳利益。 Article: 内容 1 .Party B should send the purchase order to Party A through Email and Party A must finish the purchase order within 5 working days after receive Party B’s purchasing order. 1乙方应通过电子邮件方式发送订货单给甲方，甲方同时应在收到乙方的订货单后5个工作日内完成乙方的所有采购项目。 2. Party A must truthfully reflect the progress and situation during purchasing activities if Party B requires. For example: when the products are stock shortage，product shelf life or progress and situation of shipment. 2如果乙方需要向甲方了解采购进展进度及采购状况，甲方必须如实反映。例如：产品在市场上短缺，产品保质期及运送进展和情况。 3 If any product is out of stock, package broken etc., Party A shall promptly notify Party B by email，then discuss any solutions by both parties . 3如果有产品缺货,外包装破损等问题，甲方应第一时间通过邮件方式通知乙方，然后由双方讨论出解决方案。 4. Party B shall provide Party A with 30% advance payment, as well as Party B must make the remaining payment ( 70%) after the order is been shipped (within 7 working days).
