[关键词] 切口脂肪液化;湿性敷料;传统敷料;治疗效果 [中图分类号] R656 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721(2013)07(a)-0033-02 Clinical study of moist healing dressings treatment of incision fat liquefaction YANG Jing-yi LI Xiao-mei Department of Tumor Radiology, Central Peoples Hospital of Huizhou City in Guangdong Provicne, Huizhou 516001, China [Abstract] Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical efficacy of moist healing dressings for the treatment of incision fat liquefaction. Methods The information of 120 patients who had incision fat liquefaction after the abdominal surgery in our hospital from February 2009 to February 2012 were selected, and all patients were divided into experimental group and control group according to the therapeutic regimen. The experimental group used moist dressings for treatment and the control group used traditional dressings for treatment. The pain index, the number of times of dressing change and the treatment time of the two groups using different dressings were compared. Results The treatment effective rate of the experimental group (85.00%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (40.00%); The pain score of the experimental group[ (4.95±2.28) points] was significantly lower than that of the control group [(7.24±2.85) points]; The average treatment time and the number of times of dressing change of the experimental group [(8.55±2.25) days and (6.35±1.25) times)] were lower than those of the control group [(16.25±4.55) days and (27.35±8.65) times], the difference between two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05).
