肝素钠治疗儿童重症肺炎效果观察 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨肝素钠治疗儿童重症肺炎的临床效果。 方法 选取2012年1月～2013年1月本院收治的重症肺炎患儿80例，将其根据治疗方法不同分为观察组和对照组各40例，对照组采用常规治疗，观察组在常规治疗基础上给予肝素钠10 U/（kg·次）皮下注射，1 d 2次，连用5～7 d。比较两组的临床疗效及肺部啰音消失时间、咳嗽消失时间、呼吸困难消失时间、住院时间。 结果 治疗后观察组总有效率为97.50%，显著高于对照组的80.00%，两组差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组肺部啰音消失时间、咳嗽消失时间、呼吸困难消失时间及住院时间均低于对照组，两组差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 肝素钠治疗儿童重症肺炎疗效显著，可加快咳嗽好转、肺部啰音消失时间，缩短住院时间，值得推广应用。 　　[关键词] 肝素钠；儿童；重症肺炎 　　[中图分类号] R974 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2013）07（a）-0061-02 　　Efficacy observation of Heparin sodium in treatment of children with severe pneumonia 　　CHENG Jin-li 　　Pediatrics of Hongli Hospital of Henan Province，Changyuan 453400，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical effects of heparin sodium in the treatment of children with severe pneumonia.Methods Eighty cases of children with severe pneumonia in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2013 were selected，and divided into observation group and control group according to the treatment method，with 40 cases in each group，the control group were given conventional treatment，the observation group were given heparin sodium 10 U/（kg·time） subcutaneous injection on the basis of the regular treatment，1 day 2 times，once every 5 to 7 days.The clinical efficacy and pulmonary rales disappeared cough disappeared，breathing difficulties disappeared，hospitalization time were compared.Results After treatment，the total effective rate of observation gorup was 97.50%，which was significantly higher than 80.00% of control group，and the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）.Pulmonary rales disappeared time，the cough disappeared，breathing difficulties disappear time and hospital stay of observation group were lower than that of the control group，the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）.Conclusion Heparin sodium in treatment of children with severe pneumonia significant is effect，can speed up the cough improved pulmonary rales disappeared time，shorter hospital stays，and should be widely applied. 　　[Key wor
