Smith] English The following report provides detailed information about the design and development of the Super Moth ECAP system by Progressive Ammunition. The report not only identifies the process and technical aspects of the ECAP system, the need for the product, manufacturing considerations, and future development issues. The first section of the report deals with the need for the ECAP system and the requirements that must be met as laid out by the customer. The main purpose of the system is to protect U.S. military troops from incoming projectile attacks, by destroying the threat before it can cause damage.
